Kingpin visits Karen in her jail cell. He chokes her but doesn’t kill her.
Mr. Charles wakes up to Jessica in his hotel room. He reminds her that he is the only one that can connect her with Luke who is overseas doing “the Lord’s work” so she doesn’t have to.
Jessica tells Matt that Mr. Charles thinks Fisk will kill the governor. Cherry finds out where Karen is being held and since it is legal, he can’t go in there to bust her out. “The city needs you.”
Daredevil frees Bullseye from his restraints.
Brett Mahoney takes Karen out in the alley so she can speak to Daredevil. She warns him that Fisk is “losing it.”
Hochberg meets with Fisk and is told to convict Karen on all the charges. He agrees to do it even though he knows it is wrong.
Daniel and BB argue about Fisk and what is happening. Daniel tells her that Buck is waiting for him to hand BB over.
He tells her they need a safe house. She calls him Jason Bourne. Daniel sends Buck the address. Has he really betrayed BB?
Karen’s trial starts with a question: What is a vigilante?
Matt Murdoch appears in the courtroom, shocking everyone who still thought he was missing. He joins Kirsten as one of Karen’s lawyers.
The Governor is prepared to make a move on Fisk. She calls Mr. Charles.
Daniel drives BB to the place where Buck is waiting and then tells her to run.
After the court date ends, Cherry and Matt are attacked in the parking garage by members of the Task Force.
The Governor is attacked and almost dies but Bullseye saves her.
Buck and Daniel fight, with the former pretty much dominating every moment of the fight.
Heather goes to see Karen and tries to rile her up talking about all the deaths she had a part of- her dad, brother, and Frank Castle. Karen makes Heather angry and she hits Karen.
Matt is in the church preparing for what is to come.
Buck kills Daniel, although it does seem like he was reluctant to do it but had no choice.
