How can a cow save a penguin? NO it's not the latest children's book, although that would be a catchy title…dibs! It has to do with some exciting news from Stonyfield and I'm happy to share it with you all.
Stonyfield YoKids is sponsoring the AZA SAFE (Saving Animals from Extinction) program on a mission to help save endangered species. As part of a year-long effort, Stonyfield will not only be contributing funds to field work but aiming to drive kids and their families to see animals and conservation projects first hand at zoos, aquariums, and on the ground where the research is happening. Stonyfield YoKids’ sponsorship of AZA SAFE will support conservation efforts for 10 endangered species, including the African Penguin.
Free Kid's Zoo or Aquarium Admission
From now until the end of September, families who buy two specially-marked YoKids yogurt multipacks will receive a free kid's admission to their local AZA-accredited zoo or aquarium when they also buy an adult ticket. Click here to find the one closest to you.

I didn’t realize it was Penguin day. Love it! I think all animals should have a day that people should know more about them. I am always happy to find out about companies that support great causes. I would say that I would go out and buy Stonyfield, but I already do!

I’ve read quite a lot about this campaign over the last couple of days, and think it’s fantastic that Stonyfield are increasing awareness in this way. I would hate for penguins to become extinct!

Stonyfield YoKids Organic yogurt is big with my kids. They have their yogurt every day! I’ll be on the look out for those free Zoo/Aquarium tix. They’ll come in handy this summer. Love when brands care about our environment and empower others to do the same.
