In The Bad Batch episode 6, the group heads to Corellia to retrieve a tactical droid. But they aren't the only ones looking for it. Some Clone Wars Season 7 familiars show up. Let's get into “Decommissioned” with this Bad Batch episode 6 easter eggs and breakdown.

This is your spoiler warning if you haven't watched episode 6 of The Bad Batch.

Each member of the Batch seems to be mentoring Omega in their own way. This episode opens with Echo teaching Omega how to use the weapon she took from the Zygerrians last week.

They are still in Ord Mantell with Cid who has a new mission for them- retrieve a tactical droid in a decommissioning facility on Corellia. Corellia is the former home planet of Han Solo.

In the factory, before they can get their hands on the head of the droid someone steals it. It turns out Rafa and Trace Martez, the sister duo from Clone Wars Season 7 are also on the hunt for a tactical droid.

During the battle with the police droids, Wrecker hits his head again. And this time he struggles and says “good soldiers” twice, something Crosshair repeated a few times. Crosshair's voice is heard saying “good soldiers follow orders” as Wrecker mutters no, no, no.

Trace saves Omega's life and the Batch and the Martez sisters are forced to work together to escape the facility.

In order to get out alive, they need a distraction. After a quip about “is there an Echo in here?” which Echo replies yes, I'm Echo. They decide to bring the tactical droid's head back online to control the other droids in the facility.

With all the various droids now activated, they make quick work of the police droids. Roger Roger.

The sisters call their Droid R7 to bring in the ship. Ahsoka Tano had a droid called R7-A7. Although some might think this R7 is the same as Ahsoka's he actually isn't. When it is first shown it is indeed the right colors- red, green, and silver. However in the second shot as the sisters contact their client, the droid is shown to be silver with gold accents. Another thing to note is that the last time we saw that droid in The Clone Wars finale he was essentially just scrap metal, saved from the wreckage of the Tribunal.

Trace and Rafa are working for someone who is standing up against the Empire. Hunter hands over the tactical droid's info to them knowing they will use it for the right reasons unlike whomever Cid is planning on selling it to.

Although we don't see Rafa and Trace's contact, we do know it is a male. So it is not Ahsoka. They tell this figure about The Bad Batch and that they know where to find them.

the tactical droid head makes an appearance on star wars rebels “later” as ahsoka gives it to the rebels to help them find rex in season two “commanders” episode. ahsoka uses a male voice as fulcrum in rebels.
