I am excited about this week's Mamavation TV guest, @HealthyJasmine. She is going to be talking about healthy snacks and I am always looking for new recipes to try. I'm also happy to be attending tonight since my IT man will be here in case of any issue lol!
One of my favorite snacks is frozen yogurt covered strawberries. They are SUPER easy to make and very tasty. Kids love them too. And of course you could use whatever fruit you want. Another favorite, peanut butter. Use it with apples, celery, crackers, or bananas, I love it. I have more recipes pinned here if you are looking for more ideas.
As far as fitness goes, I haven't been doing much. Although last Monday I went to the gym, fully prepared to workout and the class had been canceled because of Memorial Day. I was sad but my friend and I putzed around doing some other workouts (and then exercising our bank accounts at the mall!). Tonight, I will be at the gym again and hopefully my favorite instructor is there.

Strawberries–yummm….frozen in yogurt sound even better!
I LOVE peanut butter with veggies or fruits, and I’m DEFINITELY adding fro-yo-strawberries to my summer snack repertoire. Have fun at the gym!
I might need to make just yogurt covered strawberries.. We make our own frozen yogurt by just using vanilla yogurt and then adding berries to it but for quick and handy snacks, the strawberries would be a hit!
We love frozen fruit dipped in yogurt here as well, the kids like when it has granola on it too.
