Everyone had so much fun at our Leap Into Gaming Party featuring the brand new LeapTV from LeapFrog! LeapTV is on the top of all the toy lists this year and after having played it, I can definitely see why.
All the kiddos wanted to get the party started with a dance competition.
After the dance competition, they decided on Snowboarding for their LeapTV Olympics!
Once you have setup your LeapTV with your child(ren)'s information, the console self adjusts to their age and abilities. For example the gates the kids had to snowboard through were labeled with stars and low numbers for my 5 year old. For my daughter, her numbers were higher without any stars. I was impressed with how the game knew to switch it up for them and how it made the kids excited to do math. Games > worksheets!
Seriously though, can we talk about how we didn't have these cool games to play to learn math. I would have enjoyed it more if class included snowboarding!
All that play works up a big appetite; time to refuel!
