Hunter and Wrecker appear, dragging between them the Pyke responsible for disgracing the Durand family. They give Roland his horn back, the one that was cut off the last time they saw him. In exchange for the prisoner, they want information about where Omega is being held.

Roland gives them coordinates to Hemlock's lab.

Bad Batch Season 3 Episode 2 recap tech glasses

On the Marauder, Tech’s broken glasses can be seen on the counter near Hunter.

Wrecker tells Hunter that Echo and Rex need 2 rotations before they can meet them at Hemlock's lab. Hunter refuses to wait and he and Wrecker head to the coordinates Roland gave them.

They land in a jungle. Wrecker says it smells like rancid Jotaz. Jotaz are a species of large, aggressive, slow moving predators found on the planet Zeffo. They appeared in the Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order game.

The two find the lab, but it is destroyed. It's also clearly not the one on Tantiss. Looking around they come across two younger Clones (voiced by Julian Dennison) named Stak and Deke. They know about Batch 99 and call them defective, Wrecker replies they are defective and effective.

They take Wrecker and Hunter to meet another clone, Mox. They tell them they were transferred from Kamino and taken to this lab.

The Slither Vines are an Empire experiment gone wrong. When they lost control of the carnivorous plants, the Empire ordered a Base Delta Zero– an orbital bombardment that would destroy the facility. Mox tells them he never saw the girl and they are the only survivors after the Empire destroyed everything.

Mox is voiced by Daniel Logan who played a Young Boba Fett in the films.

Deke takes Hunter and Wrecker to the old lab, where they think they might be able to find clues to where Hemlock took Omega. In return, they promise to take the young clones to safety.

Wrecker grabs Gonky to use as a battery to power up the lab. During this mission they are attacked by the Slither Vines. However, Hunter senses something worse than the vines is also lurking around.

Mox and Stak think about bailing on Deke and the others and get on the Marauder. Deke calls them for help as this new mega-beast thing attacks. On the ship, the boys are surprised to see DC-17. DC-17 is an interchangeable weapons system that includes pistols, blasters, and hand blasters.

Deciding not to leave their friend behind, the two Clones fly the Marauder over to rescue them but the beast is a hard one to put down. They end up dropping explosives into a mouth that looks very similar to the sarlacc, blowing it up from the inside.

Going through the data they recovered, Hunter finds a sector where Hemlock transferred everything to after abandoning this planet. It's not an exact location so it will take a lot of searching. First they promise to drop the boys off on Pabu before going after Omega.

Our mission is not over yet.
