Rogers the Musical billboards and ads can be seen as well.

During his speech to the public, Fisk tells the city they don't need people like a gun-toting vigilante with a skull on his chest (The Punisher), a man who dresses in a spider outfit (Spider-Man), or one who wears devil horns (Daredevil) to keep them safe. He will protect the city.

On his way home, Hector Ayala aka White Tiger sees Nicky getting beat up by 2 men. He tries to save him but is attacked. One man is killed but the other, reveals himself to be NYPD and arrests Hector.

Fisk wonders if Fiorello La Guardia sat at this desk. La Guardia was the 99th mayor of New York City in real life. The man was one of the people his father respected. Kingpin's knuckles are cut.

He is looking forward to meeting with Benjamin Hochberg, New York district attorney who is also not a fan of Matt Murdock.

Matt goes to meet with Hector in prison. He tells Matt he was only breaking up the beating. Matt realizes he is telling the truth but is also hiding something.

In the comics, White Tiger was a friend of Spider-Man and the two would occasionally team-up. He was also wrongfully accused of murder and was represented by Matt Murdock.

Fisk gets out of the car and tells the construction crew to fix the hole in the road causing traffic. This looks good for his optics.

Cherry is going to try and find Nicky to help Hector's case.

Hochberg aka Hawk is who Matt must face in the courtroom while trying Hector's case.

Daniel helps BB get close to Kingpin. He remembers her uncle Ben Urich. Fisk doesn't mention the fact that he is the one who killed him.

Bastian approaches Heather at her book event telling her he needs her help. One of Fisk's goons, Buck, has her sign a copy of the book.

Buck Cashman in the comics goes by Bullet. He possesses superhuman speed, strength, and stamina. In the show he is just a typical right hand to the boss, a normal human.

Cherry and Kirsten go to visit Hector's wife. Cherry searches the house and finds the White Tiger outfit.

Matt asks Hector about his vigilante alter ego. “The people need a hero.” Matt fights to keep this knowledge out of the courtroom thinking it will hurt Hector.

Commissioner Gallo goes to resign but Fisk blackmails him into staying.

Heather becomes Wilson and Vanessa Fisk's therapist.

Powell shows up to Nicky's place. A Punisher tattoo is visible. Powell attacks Matt until he finally fights back and kicks Powell's *ss.
