Daniel tells BB about Fisk meeting with a new trash company. She uses the information to make Fisk look bad. Might be a coincidence but Michael Gandolfini who plays Daniel is the son of James Gandolfini who played Tony Soprano in The Sopranos. In that show, Tony used a waste management company to launder money.

Matt is on his rooftop with the broken devil horn from his helmet. Kirsten calls to tell him to meet with Leroy Bradford.

In therapy, Heather asks Fisk and Vanessa to acknowledge the affair and air their grievances. Wilson admits to speaking with Vanessa's lover Adam, but they both claim not to know where he is.

Leroy denies his crimes despite the video evidence. He says “could it have been a skrull?”

Matt manages to get Leroy a reduced sentence thanks to his flirting with Sofija Ozola.

At the detainment center he runs into Officer Powell and accuses him of killing Hector. Powell threatens Matt.

At Red Hook, Fisk tells Sheila he wants to do a complete overhaul of the area. She cautions him to aim for something smaller. Buck tells Fisk all the bosses are a problem and will continue to be one if he doesn't take action.

Leroy is upset with Matt for getting jail time. “I've been jerked around by the system my whole life.”
