December 30, 2015 By Ashley 11 Comments

Christmas and the Holiday season are at an end. Now as we sit amongst the wrapping paper shreds and crumbs of sugar cookies, we decide it is time to start thinking about those health goals again. I'm not here to make you feel overwhelmed I want to share a simple way to get in your protein and one of my easy go-to smoothie recipes.

Unwrap a healthier you with Skinnygirl Protein Shakes! These shakes make getting the protein your body needs convenient and delicious. Throw them in your purse, diaper bag, tote, gym bag, or whatever you shlep around with you all the time so when hunger strikes you are prepared.

Strawberry Banana Vanilla Bean Sundae Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Skinnygirl Vanilla Bean Sundae Protein Shake

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and blend well. For a thicker smoothie add ice and/or more fruit. Enjoy it freshly prepared or freeze for later. Sub out the Skinnygirl Vanilla Sundae Shake for the Rich Chocolate Brownie and it still tastes delicious- like a chocolate covered fruit dessert!

I would like to try the vanilla bean sundae flavor. I think these protein shakes would make a great breakfast item for people who really don’t eat in the morning.
