Happy Monday Mighty Moms! Last week I wrote about getting back into the groove despite not feeling 100%. I pushed through and worked out 2x last week. Then on Saturday I started noticing a throbbing pain in my chest.
Now don't go all WebMD on me, I'm not dying and the pain is on the right side not the left! After talking to some doctor friends of mine, we are almost 100% positive I have bruised a rib. Do I have some awesome story to go along with that injury? Nope. I coughed myself into this mess. I mean seriously, when did I become so old that coughing makes me hurt myself.
For those who don't know, there is nothing you can really do to make a bruised rib go away. I am alternating ice and heat, while gritting my teeth and dealing with it. My plans are still to go to Zumba tonight and running tomorrow. No, I'm not crazy, actually it hurts regardless of what I'm doing so I might as well get some exercise!
At the end of this week, I will be attending the Natural Product Expo- Expo East for the first time. I am excited to learn about more organic companies and see what products will be debuting soon. Don't worry I promise to fill everyone in on all the good stuff I see and experience!
Have you ever just felt like weight wise blegh? Lately, that's me I just feel blah and that I'm gaining weight although I know that's not really happening. I just feel chubby sometimes yah know? What do you do when you feel fat?

Aww, I feel your pain. I literally ‘hacked’ my way into a stress fracture in my CHEST!
I am proud of you for keeping at it – I have had ZERO energy since being sick, and I am lucky to get laundry done, let alone a real workout!
